Dog Aggression Policy
We prioritize the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care. Due to our cage-free environment, we have specific guidelines for handling dog aggression.
*Definition of Dog Aggression*
Dog aggression refers to behaviors such as:
- Growling
- Snapping
- Biting
- Showing teeth
- Raised hackles/hair
*Policy*
1. We do not accept dogs with a history of aggression towards humans or other dogs.
2. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior during their stay will be separated immediately and owners notified.
3. In severe cases, we reserve the right to require immediate pickup or transfer to a suitable facility.
*Requirements*
1. Owners must disclose any aggression issues during the initial consultation.
2. Vaccination records and veterinary clearance may be requested.
*Future Accommodations*
We aim to expand our services to accommodate dog-aggressive dogs in the future, pending facility upgrades and staff training.
Pickup/Dropoff Policy
Pickup & Drop-Off Policy BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Drop-off is available between 9:00 - 9:30 AM, and pickup is between 4:00 - 4:30. We ask that all clients adhere to these times to ensure a smooth schedule and maintain our high level of care for each guest.
Late pickups outside of the designated hours will incur a $10 late fee for every 15 min. to accommodate the additional staff time required. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a peaceful, organized experience for all our furry guests!
2. Are after-hours services available? Yes, prearranged with approval and extra fee of $20 or if more than 3 hours an additional night fee is added.
3. No Pickup after 9:00 PM - An additional night fee will be added
Doggie Dude Ranch Cancellation Policy
At Doggie Dude Ranch, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To ensure fairness and accommodate all our clients, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
1. Payment in Advance
• All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2. Cancellations
• 24–48 Hours Before Scheduled Service: Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Less Than 24 Hours or No Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or
failure to show up will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service to all our clients.
